@Marta - you only had 1 critical comment :) + in my analysis I gave a plus to Ukraine for readmission protocols, including with Vietnam. On this specific issue - Ukraine gets a plus since it has more such agreements. on implementation protocols - Md gets a plus - since it signed more of them. so not entirely clear what's the criticism about.

Hi Nicu Popescu,
I've got few critical comments on the comprehensives of your analysis. I liked your Russian analysis, but not so much the Ukrainian-Moldovan one.
First of all, having readmission agreement with Vietnam is crucial since this is one of the most important countries that irregular migrants in Ukraine, Poland or Slovakia are coming from. Otherwise it's very difficult to turn them back. So You can't really compare it with implementing protocols with the EU states. If you do so, it means you don't exactly know how the readmission procedure looks in practice. The EU-Ukraine/Moldova readmission agreement is so detailed, there're old bilateral protocols that generally procedure is more less fixed. And practitioners really do not need implementing protocols. If they did, they would sign them many months ago.

This is the issue the need to discuss further in the congress of europr and russia. Because it is the big step between two nation. If both is agreed I believe that a lot of changes will happen between this two giant country.

If the Estonian diplomats are scare of crime, why they have given Estonian passports to a half of residents of the Pskov region?
I and most of my friends we go to Estonia to use an aquapark, a cheap supermarket, Olde Hansa in Tallinn and RyanAir. Getting a visa is not a problem, I did not hear about cases of denial of a visa. Suspicious persons, creating lines at the border, who bring gasoline, cigarettes and two bottles of vodka in his pants have Estonian citizenship.
I do not believe in the possibility of complete rejection of visas, it is not necessary, it will create huge lines at the borders. The visa regime - is a psychological defense, allowing to create the illusion of security. It is also a sacred toy of politicians. The best option - a visa for long term (5-10 years) for those who showed their respect for the law in past trips.
